I don't know much about this examination for certification, but if you are appearing for such an examination, it's good for your overseas jobs as compensation is a specialist subject in the overseas market.
I want to know the following:
- Whether World at Work provides training before appearing for such an examination?
- Whether they have a training center in India? If yes, where is it located, and what are the address or contact details?
- How do they conduct the examination, and do they have an examination center in India?

Hi,
Yes, I have completed 8 modules for the CCP certification. If you have around 5 years of experience in different areas of HR, you will be able to pass it. The key is to focus in the classroom and on the materials provided without incorporating your own experiences or beliefs as best practices during the test. (Think globally and act locally when taking the test).
I believe this is one of the best certifications as it enhances your knowledge, and the presenters are usually very experienced.
Regarding the materials, once you register and pay for the course, you will receive the materials from them or their appointed agent in your country.
