Hi, can anybody please help me out? For my organization, Form 9 has not been submitted yet. I have downloaded Form 9 from this site. Can I use this directly?

I am attaching the one that I downloaded. What should I fill in the column "Initials of H.C"?

Please give me a reply.

Thank you for the information.

In the PF office, I have applied for some of my employees' cases regarding the transfer of accounts and withdrawal of PF amounts, but the process is pending due to the non-submission of Form 9. Now, I can proceed further.

Thanks once again.

With Regards,

What are the rules to be followed if Provident Fund is not included in the salary break-up

My organization is in Bangalore. It comes under the local office - RPFC, KR Puram, Bangalore.

What my exact doubt is, can I use this soft copy of Form 9 for the submission? Previously, my idea was that Form 9 is an individual form for each employee, but in the soft copy, it appears to be a consolidated list for all the employees. Anyway, I'll try using this tomorrow. If successful, then it's okay.

Thanks and regards,
Madhavi

As per the labour laws, PF is a must for a company with more than 15 employees. However, there are quite a few companies that credit the salary to the employees and do not deduct the PF. Under what criteria is it possible that PF is not a component in the salary? This approach reduces paperwork for the HR department, allows employees to receive a better share of their earnings, and exempts the company from contributing to PF.

Dear Nazneen,

Covered establishment is an establishment belonging to the class of industries/other establishments, which has been listed in the schedule appended to the Employees' Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952 and where 20 or more persons are employed.

Today, I have submitted the Form 9 for my employees. I used only this Excel file (consolidated), and it worked. Right now, I am so happy 😊 for completing this work.

The actual situation is that our organization corporated with the PF office in 2006, and for the following years, we did not submit this form. That's why I submitted it for the remaining employees.

Thank you.
