Hi,
Can anyone give me some information on Pre-Employment Medical Test. I have included a clause in the offer letter that the candidate needs to go through the medical test and the offer is valid based on the medical test. I wanted to know is there any procedure or specific format for the same. Is there any form that needs to be given along with the offer letter for the candidates to go through medical test.

Since you have included in offer letter so there is no extra forms needed.

Dear Archana,
As such there is no format for the same. The better way is to contact two or three Hospitals / Clinics and give your requirements about the Medical Test.(What is sort of Test you would like to include in your Medical Test).
Also if reuired you can include the Hospital / Clinics on your penal so that same Test are conducted for the all.
You can issue the Offer letter on the condition of Subject to be found Medically Fit.

What is the ideal way for pre-employment medical tests? Should the company arrange it, meaning decide which hospital/clinic to approach, or can the candidate choose the medical center? Also, is it not ideal for the medical reports to go directly to the employer?
