Hi Seema,

The Policy Manual shall contain the 'Entry to Exit' process of any employee. The incumbent shall understand all aspects of employment during the course of their employment. It should primarily cover aspects such as Philosophy, Vision, Senior Management, Recruitment Policy, Induction process, Benefits, Travel Policy, Leave Policy, EHS Policy, Engagement Initiatives, Exit procedures, etc.

Hey Seema,

Try to think from the "new employee" point of view, i.e., think if you were to join an organization, what all would you like to know about the company as a new employee? This will give you ample pointers on what an HR Manual must contain.
