We use a psychometric tool, 16PF, to find out the best-fit roles for the employee. This will help the company understand the employee's fitment to a particular vertical or role. Additionally, we would be providing a competency fitment of the employee, thus helping them get trained in areas of incompetence.
You could liken this process to competency-based pay or appraisal. I will send you the details.
