I am Parimala pursuing MBA(HR) final sem,I do not know how to start really i'm so disappointed that no one were replying to my queries .I expected a lot from citemanhr.com but really its not so now.Anyways still i'm trying i'm posting my queries hoping that some one can atleast reply me.
I have started my PROJECT on Tn D in a PUBLICSECTOR CO. ,
PROJECT TITLE is "COMPETENCY BUILDING THROUGH T n D AND HYPOTHESIS is ""TRAINING AS A SOURCE FOR GAINING COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE"suggest me how to carry out my project work ,many of my classmates are going for Tn D, to add value to my project can I link Tn D with some other topic if so what?How to frame a questionnaire?(suggestions from all sides are welcomed).
