Very informative post, sir.

Once a question was asked to me in an interview, "I want to motivate my team... Can you tell any method jisme paisa na lagta ho?" I was able to tell only 4 methods which are, of course, part of your list. I wish this list had been known to me earlier. Keep sharing such things.
