Hi Friend, I can suggest you one great idea on fun@work, NowPos a voicemail company has developed a new Hr Initiative called STARPRO which is talent hunt site for corporates.
It allows your associates to take part in various contests and games and be voted by other associates in the org.
I found it really cool and have been seeing a perenial smile on the face of our associates. The feedback says that the associates enjoy the service we are providing.
More importantly, our associates who are on-site feel that this was a great initiative taken by the HR.
