MBTI is Myers & Briggs Type Indiacator which is exetension of JUNG's model this was developed by Isabel Briggs Myers ,They put Jung's concepts into language that could be understood and used by the average person.
Fundamental to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is the concept of Psychological Type. to know the employees personality difference in the corporate world.
the questions are purely personality or character type one.
one thing its helpful in finding the difference of veiws ,preferences etc., in the teams......this is important.
