Hello Sir and all the members!!
I am appearing for SAIL, that is Steel Authority of India Ltd, written test for MT Admin. Can you please suggest how I should prepare myself for its written exam? Also, if possible, could you advise on what I need to study as I am appearing for SATLU NIGAM Ltd written exam for the first time? Please provide some sample papers or inform me about the pattern and the subjects to prepare for such exams.

Akshita,
Please go through the labor laws, HR, and some portions from social research.
Actually, last year, I qualified in the written test but was unable to crack the interview. I have some sample questions that I will send.
For more details, you can also contact me at 09811442939.

Hi Akshita, how are you? Don't get panicked because writing is not a very tough task. I will definitely send you the material to your ID, but please give me some time to collect it.
Regarding Maths, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude, the questions from this section are of an average level. For this, you can refer to the book by R.S Aggarwal. In Mathematics, the questions generally cover topics such as Mensuration, time-speed-distance problems, and linear equations in two variables (including age-related questions). I will email you all these details.

Arun Kumar Pandey

One of my friends is also planning to apply for SAIL-MT (Admin). She got 69.5% in PG and 56% in Graduation. Will she be eligible to register for the written test? I am not sure about the way SAIL presents the information on their website for online registration. They are asking for Education qualification in one field (Graduation/PG - %) and in another field for Professional Qualification, also asking for PG - %. Any clues, please reply. Advance thanks.

No she is not elligible. b coz at the time of admission they will ask for both marksheets even the percentage should be in aggregate . arun
Hi, Arun,
I hope you are doing well. I am in a big confusion regarding the admission notification which states "Graduate/post graduate with an aggregate of 65%." I have obtained 69% in my PG and 62% in Graduation. Am I eligible or not? Please respond immediately.
Thanks,
Satya
