a) What is your qualification? What is the length of your service? How many years have you worked in the manufacturing companies? Were these companies from the same industry?
b) In the manufacturing companies, the maximum training programmes are conducted related to operations, quality, PPC, procurement, etc. Have you worked in any of these departments?
c) Have you conducted the training programmes in the past? If yes, what types of training programmes and who were the participants in general?
d) Have you taken formal training to become a trainer? If yes, from what agency did you take?
e) Understanding the training needs is a primary challenge of the training professional. Do you know how to do the training needs analysis (TNA)?
f) The essence of employee training lies in deriving its ROI. Have you attended a training programme and later calculated its ROI?
