IBM - Basic Salary: INR 397,141, Flexi Benefits: INR 536,140, PF: INR 47,657, Gratuity: INR 19,063. Please note that the variable pay is not included in this breakdown and will be paid separately. The total CTC is INR 1,000,000 plus Variable Pay.
Offer 2:
BOEING - Basic Salary: INR 435,000, Flexi Benefits: INR 435,000, PF: INR 52,200, Gratuity: INR 20,924. The total CTC is INR 943,124 plus an additional INR 56,876, totaling INR 1,000,000.
I am currently torn between the two offers, especially regarding the differentiation between the basic salary and flexi benefits. Boeing has mentioned that I would have a higher take-home pay compared to IBM. I would appreciate your assistance in making the best decision.
