Hi All, can anyone share the Bonus criteria and KRA’s for Recruitment head. Need specific pointers for Bonus criteria and weightage as pr IT organization norms . Rgds

Dear Nidhi,

The two important KRAs for the Recruitment Head could be:

a) The number of recruitments completed within specified turnaround time and
b) The number of recruitments done below the average cost per recruitment

The high or low weights of the KRAs will depend on the importance your organisation attaches to the orientation of the KRAs: timeliness or the cost
