Dear Team, We started a new Security Agency two years ago, where we got all our Statutory Licences, PSARA Licence, etc. We wanted to know what documentation needs to be maintained as we are going for ISO Certification. Right now, we have the Daily Reports of our Area Officers, Client Reports, Training Reports, Night Patrolling Reports, Incident Reports, and a few other documents. Kindly let us know what other documents need to be maintained.

1)All the company documents.
2)Needs Policy document and organisation structure.
3)Each procedure established in accordance to company rule and documentation in relation to the same.
4)ISO certification authorities, Guides,You through all the documentation process,Carrie's out audits at site and at your office and its various departments and Based on what is being followed and what needs to be maintained.
Any gap I standard procedures and documentation process is audited and Once all the NCs are closed the IAO certification is granted.
For all those you need to approach ISO providers.
