Please help. I have some queries about the NCP days calculation. Do NCP days get calculated based on working days in the month or the total days in a month? For example, if a month has 31 days and there are 5 weekly offs, then the number of working days would be 26. If someone works 25 days in that month, how many NCP days would that be considered: 1 day according to working days or 6 days according to month days?
Please help.
