Hi all, I'm working as an HR executive. I'm currently getting 25,000 as CTC. What is the percentage of hike I can ask for in my next increment? By then, I will have gained 2 years of experience in my current company.

Performance appraisal will be based on the performance of the individual and also on the performance of the company for the period under review. While there is nothing wrong with sharing your expectations, you should also accept the feedback of your superior and the percentage of increment decided for you by your superior.

The percentage of raise depends on the nature of the industry. A 10% to 20% increase may be a realistic expectation, but it varies depending on the industry.
