As for any employee survey, you can focus on the awareness of the new Labour Codes and how well they meet employee expectations.

As rightly guided by our colleague regarding the MBA Project, keep it simple and do not complicate the subject of study. The new labor code is yet to be implemented, and many organizations are not yet ready. If you focus on this, you will find it difficult to complete your project. Instead, you may conduct a Descriptive Study on present Labor Laws and implementation levels, or you may focus on "A Descriptive Study on the level of awareness and preparedness of Organizations to implement New Labor Codes proposed by the Government of India." This will be useful for your future jobs as well. Kindly consult your guide in the college and decide on an easy topic as it is only for academic requirements for now.
