I have already paid the monthly ESIC Challan of October 2015 & January 2016 online. However, on the ESIC website, the status of these challans shows as unpaid. I have the receipt of the paid challans. When I contacted the ESIC person, he instructed me that I must need to contact the bank. However, my payment transaction did not fail, and no amount from the paid challan was credited to our bank account. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

Please contact the bank branch where you have deposited the amount. It appears to be a case of a feeding error of the challan number. Please get the same corrected and mark a copy of it to the Regional Office ESIC.
