I have prepared ESIC in the challan for the months of March and April in May, and now I am trying to pay the amount online, but it is not processing. It is showing "can't process this transaction." Kindly advise on how I can modify the challan.
In the Modify option, when I check, it is showing that no challan was generated for this. However, in the Online double verification, it is showing differently.
Please advise on how to make the payment. Is there a specific period after which we cannot process the payment?

Try On home page of esic.in, Find pay e-challan option under esic links. Payment gate way will open if challan is created.

E-Pay challan is showing, but when I process online payment, it's showing that we can't process this transaction. Actually, this payment is for the months of Mar'20 and Apr'20. Is there any rule that we can't process after 42 days (as per attachment)? Kindly advise on how I can process online payments for the above months.
