Sir, I have completed 11 years of contribution with EPS. For the past 1 and 1/2 years, I have not been employed. Could you please let me know if I am eligible to withdraw the EPS amount? If yes, kindly provide me with the process.

As per your statement, you cannot withdraw your EPS amount because your service has crossed 9.5 years. You can get the scheme certificate from EPFO office and claim the pension after 58 years.

Thanks.

Dear Mr. Muraliraj,

You can't withdraw your EPF amount when your service has crossed 9.5 years. You can apply for a Scheme certificate by using form 10c. The pension can only be received after reaching 58 years of age.

Thanks!
