Hi, I am preparing a salary structure for a monthly salary of INR 10,000. Please help me with the salary structure and breakup. At this time, since the number of employees is less than 10, I don't have PF and ESIC registration, and hence the entire 10,000 should be available for payment to the employee. Also, since the pay is INR 10,000 and it is a female candidate, professional tax will also not be applicable. Please help.
