Hello everyone!

We have a total of 4000 employees (Hospital & Medical Deemed University). Until now, we have been functioning as the Personnel Management Labor Welfare Office. We have now decided to transition to the "Strategic Human Resource Management Department." As part of our plan, we have decided to implement HRMS. We would appreciate any suggestions to smoothly execute the Human Resource Management System.

Thanks in Advance!

Mr. Chetan Gore.

Dear Mr. Chetan Gore,

Your query is not exactly clear. Have you decided to buy an HRMS, or has the purchase already been made?

If you are yet to buy the HRMS, then you may ask for guidance from the vendor from whom you will buy the software. Generally, software service providers agree to offer free training sessions to general users as well. Ask them to have such a session for the HR department as well as for the employees.

In case you have already made the purchase, you may approach the software service provider regarding the implementation of the same. Additionally, obtain from them the details of their customers in your city and visit them. Understand from other buyers how they rolled out the software and what challenges they faced. Their inputs will help you smoothly roll out the software at your company as well.

Thanks,
