Begin with implementing all provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 because there is no exemption whatsoever. The penalties include fines and/or cancellation of business licenses, along with other acts applicable to your industrial establishment, such as the Factories Act, PF Act, Payment of Wages Act, Environment Protection Act, Gratuity Act, and Maternity Benefit Act with all amendments up to date. Thereunder, provisions of temporary exemption are possible to the best of my knowledge. Please check.
