Can anyone suggest a contactless attendance system to be followed in the organization? Some suggested a Phone tap system, but we haven't issued official smartphones to all employees. Others suggested palm detection, which will again be a drawback based on height. Please suggest a proper solution and help me out.

There are many ways of getting the attendance tracking - an app can be developed and made mandatory for employees to check in - this can also be geo-tagged. One of our offices moved from fingerprint scanning to face recognition last year (so this may be an option to consider).
One of the easiest solutions that I have seen is if all employees log into a system. Most BPO/KPO industries use this to track TAT, breaks, log-in, and log-out timings.

I would suggest you look up ViseOffice and contact them for their app-based attendance system. It is exceptionally cost-effective for small offices and for tracking the attendance of remote staff or staff at the site.
