Hi All,

Can anyone help with a laptop policy where we are instructing employees to use their own laptops and we will reimburse a portion of the expenses since they are utilizing their personal laptops for official purposes? Can anyone assist with drafting such a policy?

Hi,

What is the nature of the business of your employer? If you allow your employees to use their own laptops, please ensure company data security. Regarding reimbursement, in consultation with your employer, please set a ceiling for internet bill reimbursement and pay them the same upon submission of bills.
