One of my friends worked at two different companies with the same UAN. After joining the second company, he didn't submit Claim Form 13 to transfer his previous account's balance to his new one. He has now resigned from his current company. Please guide me on how to submit Form 13 to merge the passbooks. I have tried online, but I received the message "DETAILS OF PREVIOUS A/C ARE DIFFERENT THAN PRESENT A/C. HENCE CLAIM REQUEST CANNOT BE PROCESSED." Should he submit Form 13 manually? Please guide me.
