Hello,

Our company is planning to start some paid software training in different domains. Please guide me on the process to be followed properly as the candidates I am reaching out to are showing no interest in paying to learn. Please provide some strategies to be followed as it is urgent.

Thank you.

Hi Partner,

When employees have to "pay" for training, they would have to be convinced of how much they can benefit from the acquired skill and also have trust in the company, that this is in the best interests of the employees. There are situations where some companies have a tie-up with third-party training teams and take a percentage as commission. In some companies, the employer initially pays for the training and in monthly installments deducts from the employees' payroll. In some other cases, employees can pay initially, and later on, in monthly installments, the company can reimburse the amount to the employees.
