Dear all,

I am working as an Operations Analyst in XYZ Company. I want to get clarification on the difference between Human Resources and Operations (salary & responsibilities) because I have an MBA in HR but I am working in operations. I plan to transition back to HR, but I lack experience in that field. I have discussed this with many people, but I have not yet gained a clear picture of the transition.
