1) Use Facebook Groups. There are lots of startup groups out there that support this effort.

2) Approach through LinkedIn. Do a search and select people that you find appropriate. Add them and then send them a LinkedIn mail.

3) Extract Details from Naukri - Download bulk details of candidates and shoot them an email together to save time and money.
