Can employee claim LTA reimbursment being on maternity leave ? Can employee apply for PL in course of maternity leave to claim LTA reimbursement. Please suggest.

If your policy states that LTA can be availed against actual travel and against PL, then during maternity leave period, she cannot get it. On the other hand, if you permit to draw the LTA amount as taxable amount, then there is no issue because there is no travel and subsequent reimbursement involved, and whatever is paid is like any other allowance which is taxable.
