Dear Team,

Please help in sending an email to all employees to answer telephone calls within 3 to 5 rings. Many customers have complained that employees are not answering the calls. If someone is not at their desk and the telephone is ringing, please answer the call for them and pass on the message.

Your assistance with this draft is appreciated.

Thanks and regards,
Shanthi F.

Hi ANONYMOUS,

You may present as follows:

"All employees are hereby advised to use the office number only for all official work-related calls. Please avoid using your personal mobile number for official calls considering the confidentiality of the work. Furthermore, the company will not reimburse money spent on mobile calls for official work."

Your cooperation is appreciated.

Hi Shanthi,
Please refer the following
" It has been brought to our notice by customers that some of the employees are not attending the telephone calls immediately and at times it goes un attended. All employees are hereby advised to attend the telephone call immediately upon single ring and not to delay in attending the calls. Further if some one is not in the work station
the neighbor employee should attend his /her telephone calls without fail.
As you all know customer satisfaction is very important

Hi,

What you have written itself is sufficient. Furthermore, you may add, "Let us all congratulate Mr. _____ and family, and let us welcome the new member of their family."

I often notice that you are using this forum for trivial posts like this. I would suggest that you manage such communications by yourself and post only HR questions of significance.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please help me to send an email to the manager to inform them that one office staff member is irritating me. They frequently use offensive language and make inappropriate advances towards me in the office, leading to other employees mocking me. This situation is making it very difficult for me to work in this office.

I kindly request your assistance in drafting a formal email to address this issue with the manager.

Thank you for your help.

Thanks and regards,
Shanthi L.
