Basic salary is below the minimum wages. I want to clarify that 15000 is the basic ceiling wage, on which 12% will be deducted. My point is: if an employee's gross salary is 9000, on his basic salary - which will be 4500 - we will calculate 12% on 4500. Is it okay if the maximum range is 15000? What will be the minimum basic wage?
