I am working in a private concern as an HR Assistant. I have obtained a part-time job in addition to my current role. There are 20 members working in this new job, and they have requested to have PF and ESI deductions. I would like to know the procedures to set up PF and ESI for these 20 workers.

I tried looking for the minimum wages for IT in West Bengal for the year 2019, but all I found was information for unskilled labourers. Please let me know if any of you have the minimum wages list for skilled labourers.
