I am Kailas, working in a manufacturing company. Due to some issues, our payment is regularly late by two months or sometimes more. Due to some reasons, one of our trainee employees got fired. At that time, he claimed his total salary for his work, but our company's financial condition is not good.
My question is, will the total salary be paid on his last date or along with the regular salary time of the employee? Please reply.
