Hi All,
I am working with a manufacturing unit based in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The majority of the workmen's mother tongue is Hindi. We are facing a problem while drafting a charge sheet in Hindi as only English and Marathi copies of the Industrial Employment Standing Orders are available in the market. Many times we need to draft the charge sheet in Hindi. If anyone has a PDF format of the said act, kindly forward it to me at abhijit_11981@rediffmail.com.
Regards,
Abhijit

Dear Sanjeev,
I'm willing to take up the assignment. I have been in HR & IR for 40 years after completing my education from XLRI Jamshedpur and having worked in companies like Tata Steel.
As you know, this work needs painstaking accuracy in translating from English to Hindi words/phrases/expressions/compositions of meaning in spirit and words.
In addition, the translation has to be done meticulously to avoid misinterpretation or different meanings. It involves a good amount of time and typing work that must be kept confidential.
I will undertake this work for a mutually agreed and accepted fee within a target time frame. You may discuss this with your management for approval and necessary work order.
My enclosed credentials will provide you with an insight into my subject matter expertise and professional competence.
I regularly conduct programs on Employment Related laws and taking disciplinary action to ensure that the outcomes do not lead to litigation.
You can reach me at 9312650756 or email me at hksharan@probusindia.com.
Best regards,

Dear Abhijit,
If you know any PSU in Nagpur, then you can see their Standard Operating Procedure (S.O.) and accordingly get your English S.O. translated. PSUs have to necessarily follow Hindi under the Rajbhasha Adhiniyam, THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGES ACT, 1963 (AS AMENDED, 1967).
You will also find many publications by the Rajbhasha Vibhag, as well as Hindi versions of Law Books including the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act 1961, in your city, Nagpur. You may visit the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs link at http://www.rajbhasha.gov.in/ and the Ministry of HRD, Central Hindi Directorate's website by clicking this link: Welcome to Kendriya Hindi Nideshalaya (link updated to site home) (Search On Cite | Search On Google).
Hope the above information will be of sufficient help to you. In case of any difficulty, send me a Private Message.
Regards.

Dear All,
A social audit has been requested by our customer, and it is being conducted by a third party auditing agency. The agency has asked for the display of the standing order on the notice board in the local language (Hindi). I would be thankful if someone could provide the same.
Best Regards,
BS Taneja
