Dear sir,

1st question: I would like to know if we can claim our PF from an organization that is now closed, where I worked 8 years ago.

2nd question: Additionally, in a similar situation, but where the organization is still operational, how can I withdraw my PF? The HR manager is not being supportive in locating my employee details and employee code, stating that it is too old (14 years). I left the company in 2005.

Could someone please guide me? I am willing to pay for the services of any service provider who can assist me with this. The approximate amounts in each of these accounts may be $15,000 and $20,000 respectively.

Thank you.

Visit the nearest EPFO office. PF funds are managed by EPFO, and they can help you. The closure of the company does not matter. Why there was a delay in getting it transferred when you changed jobs is not clear. Apply for UAN and link with Aadhar for the future. It will be useful for linking, etc.
