Dear All, If someone got terminated by the company manager & also got the mail from the HR. Can they hold the FNF?

My friend got terminated , last month he got mail that FNF will be process from 09th dec, but today his manger asking about recovery . Kindly advice what he can do in this?

Reason is that he is part of transportation, they were outsourcing the trucks from the market. Employee took 2 cheques in his name when the transporter didn't receive payment upon unloading the material, which made him angry for his payment. He went to the mill, but the miller said that they would provide payment to the transporter, and then the whole team went in. After clearing the cheque, the payment was given to the vendor.

Two months ago, the entire team complained about their manager's behavior to HR. Suddenly, one team member informed him about it and talked about it. That cheque issue was from March; in November, he terminated him due to this and then told him to go and mail again.

I think it's part of a conspiracy...kindly advice.
