Respected Sir/Madam,
I have a doubt regarding resigning from my current job and seek your valuable advice. I joined a PSU in August 2018, and now I have been selected in another PSU and wish to switch my job. The issue I am facing is that the latter company is asking for a relieving letter without providing me with the final letter of appointment, which will be given after the medical verification.
At this juncture, if I resign from my current employment and am found unfit in the medical test conducted by the latter company, what will be my fate in the future? Secondly, would I be eligible for a bond transfer from one PSU to another if I did not inform them that I am currently working in another PSU at the time of the interview? This is because I was selected in my first PSU after an interview conducted by the second PSU.
I am eagerly waiting for your valuable advice on this matter.
Thank you.

Are you on probation in 1st PSU? Please read the PSU rules on resignation to understand the whole process. Their website would give links to personnel policies.
As far as 2nd PSU is concerned, you have to take a risk. If you are sure there will be no problem in medicals and there is no merit list for candidates selected, and you will get the appointment, then think about it. A bird in hand is worth two in the bush. Jobs are scarce in the present days. Think very carefully about why you wish to leave the first PSU and join another PSU.
Be safe and careful in decisions but not fearful.
