Conduct a study on statutory compliance and applicable regulatory laws and rules relevant to human resources. Understand the work environment, culture, and management plans in human resource management. Ensure appropriate formation within the organization chart. Define duties and responsibilities for each subsection within HR. Dedicate timelines for implementations. Initiate appropriate directives from top management to circulate and implement policies developed after review and guidance from consultants. Consider the industry type and local areas for effective control and smooth handling of IR issues. Understanding various regulatory acts and applicable regulations will help in comprehending how the HR department will function without any legal hassle, for which an expert consultant with thorough knowledge in the field will be beneficial.
