I’m working on creating a policy for travel conveyance in my organization for 2018. Can I please know the travel conveyance per kilometre for two wheeler and four wheeler?

This issue is purely based on the policy of the company, where F&A will analyze the cost per kilometer for two- and four-wheelers, considering the fuel rates (Petrol and Diesel), average mileage, and depreciation value of the vehicles.
As of now, some of the companies are fixing the local conveyance charges ranging from Rs. 2.50 Paise to Rs. 3.00 Paise for two-wheelers and Rs. 6.00 to Rs. 8.50 Paise for four-wheelers. Once the rates are fixed, the same shall be reviewed periodically, at least once in six months.
