This is to inform you that I am facing issues while registering new employees at UAN portal. Employees are from North East (Assam –Guwahati) location where Aadhar facility yet not started by Govt. All of them joined in May’18 month and already have UAN from previous employer without aadhar.
But When I am registering them at my UAN portal, it is showing “PLEASE ENTER AADHAR/AADHAR ENROLMENT NUMBER”. I have also tried through option as Member is from North-East and savings the details but received the same response . Please suggest if you have any other solution to active their UAN.

In the unified portal for employers, in the square where it is mentioned as follows: Member is from North-East/Nepal/Bhutan and not having an AADHAAR Tick this square and proceed.
