I am working in the Logistics Industry as a Human Resource professional. We are looking to implement a "Reward & Recognition" program in our company. However, I am facing a challenge regarding how to evaluate the performance of our Sales Team. I would appreciate your advice on what criteria should be used to judge their performance. I have already drafted a framework for the Reward & Recognition program.
