of course, during the notice period sundays falls in between on last day as per wages act company has to paid that day as employee are not daily wages staff.

Any formal resignation, after its acceptance by the employer, would take effect from the date of relief only. I don't think any resigning employee would be relieved on a day that's a holiday for the establishment or a weekly off day for themselves.
