Will Current Employer Get The Details Of Previous Employer Through UAN Or ESI Number?

Is there any possibility that my new employer get to know about my previous employer’s, my experience etc through the UAN or ESI number? Help me out

Dear Rajubhai,

Please note that by your ESI Insurance Number, anybody can get details of your contribution, date of joining, leaving, etc. Similarly, by your UAN, you can know the name of the company, joining, and leaving dates.
