I am currently working in a manufacturing company in the role of HR Executive. In my previous position, I worked for an automobile manufacturing company as an HR Associate. I have a total of 2.5 years of experience in the HR department, but I have not graduated.

I would like to inquire whether it is mandatory to have a degree to switch jobs to another company in the HR field. Additionally, I have one year of experience in supervising administrative tasks. I would appreciate any suggestions you can provide to help me address this issue.

I suggest you complete your graduation and even pursue an MBA in HR or MHRM so that there won't be any obstacles in your career growth. Failing to do so may result in having to settle for a lower salary and position as well.

Completion of educational qualifications will give a boost to your salary and work prospects. You already have some experience, and now when you get degrees to back up your work experience, it will give your career a boost. Most companies insist upon appropriate educational qualifications suitable for the job, and without qualifications, you get disqualified straight away.

Dear Gaurav,

Though experience teaches a man how to perform, basic educational qualifications are required as suggested by our colleagues. Nowadays, graduation is a minimum requirement for qualifying anywhere. It is for your own good that you obtain a degree immediately.
