Due to a court case, Ex TIC had been suspended in 1998, and he retired during his suspension period on 31/12/2008. Now, in 2017, an order came in his favor to release his pension. His date of birth is 01/01/1949, and his date of joining was 01/01/1980. What will be his pension amount? Will he have to commute 40% of his pension or not? Please answer.

Date of birth: 30/08/1960 EPFO joined: 01/05/1982 then transferred PF account funds to new job. New job joining date: 19/07/1982 then changed jobs and transferred PF funds to new job. Now, the new job's joining date is: 01/11/1988 due to superannuation on date: 30/08/2018. At every stage, I have transferred my PF fund. Please calculate my EPFO pension.
