Hi,
The recruitment process should be done by giving a paper advertisement for calling in candidates for interviews with the requisite qualifications. Selection should be conducted after the interviews, and the appointed candidates' documents such as qualifications, experience, and appointment details should be presented to the Director of Factories for ratification. The qualifications, pay, etc., for the prescribed posts are mentioned in the Factories Act/State rules.

Sir,
The Factories Act and the respective state Rules have to be consulted regarding the appointment of a Safety Officer and a Welfare Officer.
As for the MP Factories Rules 1962, there is no requirement for the ratification of appointments as long as the appointment meets the mandatory conditions specified therein. If any relaxation is needed, then the Chief Factory Inspector must be approached for an exemption in this regard.
There is no prescribed format for intimation regarding the appointment. Please refer to the applicable Rules.
