Hi ,If any employee gives resignation then what is the rule of full and final settlement. How many days F& F takes???

Hello dear,

If anyone resigned, in that case, the company will provide a No-Due form to the employees for clearing their full and final dues. If there are any outstanding dues on employees, they must first clear them to proceed with the full and final settlement process. Another important issue to note is the remaining notice period duration. The HR person will then facilitate the full and final settlement.
