Dear All,

We are planning to introduce an R&R program. We have formed a committee and decided on how we are going to implement it. We will present this as a proposal to our CEO. I will deliver the presentation in the form of a PPT.

Do you have any ideas on how I can start this presentation? I don't want to begin by simply discussing rewards and their advantages. I am seeking a unique way to kick it off. Towards the end, I can explain our committee's plans, but I am looking for engaging ideas to start with. For example, starting by sharing a real example of how company "A" initiated a similar program and the positive impact it had after implementation.

Can you covert all R & R into monetary benefits to the company? If yes I am sure your CEO will like this as everything revolves around Balance Sheet of the company.
