If an employee has worked for 4 months in a company and continues using the same UAN in the next company for seven months, when trying to apply for an online claim, it shows multiple member IDs and transfer issues. When I attempt to transfer, it displays a "data not matching" error even when I've provided the correct details. May I know the solution?

1) Download the passbook of both IDs and UAN card from the member portal.
2) Check the differences, as far as the mismatch, missing details may be the reason.
3) If you are unable to resolve the issue, then use physical Form 13 duly signed by the present employer.
